Barcode Scanner App

What it does

Mobile app (iOS + Android). Scan any LEGO set's UPC barcode in any store. The app pulls: current MSRP, retirement status, theme, doctrine lane match, exclusive minifig flag, historical secondary-market trajectory, projected exit price, and live competing-store prices. You input the store's current shelf price, and the app returns a live MMA Score and ROI projection. One screen tells you: buy, walk away, or double down.

Why it matters

This is the feature that makes the membership feel indispensable. Every Target trip becomes a treasure hunt. Every clearance aisle becomes a portfolio opportunity. Members carry the doctrine in their pocket, with Dwight's brain literally calculating their next move in real time. It's also the single most word-of-mouth-shareable feature: 'I scanned a set at Target last week and made $400.'
