Portfolio Tracker

Cost basis in, target out, live Amazon comps. 'READY TO LIST' alerts when the market crosses threshold.

What it does

Your personal LEGO investment dashboard. Every set you buy is logged with cost basis (including margin-stack adjustments), target exit price (auto-calculated from the 250% net ROI doctrine), expected maturation date, and live secondary-market comps pulled from Amazon, eBay sold listings, and BrickEconomy. When a set's current market price crosses your target threshold, you get a push alert: 'READY TO LIST.'

Why it matters

Without this tool, members are reduced to spreadsheets and weekly eBay browsing. The single biggest failure mode in LEGO investing isn't bad picks — it's missing the exit window. A set might hit its target price for a 2-week window then settle 30% lower as new supply hits the market. The tracker catches that window automatically.
