Vault Manager

What it does

Once your portfolio hits 20+ sets, storage management becomes its own job. The Vault Manager tracks physical location (room, shelf, bin), storage conditions (temperature, humidity log if you've integrated a sensor), acquisition date, and 'revisit-on' dates. Optional integration with Bluetooth hygrometers (SwitchBot, Govee) for live climate logging.

Why it matters

Storage condition directly impacts exit value (Pillar 7). A set you forgot about in a hot attic loses 30%+ at exit. The Vault Manager prevents accidental neglect, surfaces sets that need to be relocated, and provides provenance documentation for the future buyer.
