- 500 paid members
- Hunt Map: 50+ daily active contributors
- Mobile DAU/MAU ratio ≥ 0.4
Risks
- Mobile app store approvals (Apple is strict on barcode scanners with monetization).
- Hunt Map abuse (fake pins, stale pins).
